Authors are invited to submit full manuscript(s) (5 to 6 pages including references) for oral or posterpresentation. Template in MS Word and pdf will be available at the conference website. Final manuscripts are limited to six (6) A4 size pages. 
When submitting a paper, the author(s) agree that, upon acceptance, they will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion in the conference proceedings and present the paper at the conference. The final manuscript will not be published without presentation and full author registration. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Authors of high quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version to special issues of SCI-indexed Journals.
